This workshop helps members understand professional and ethical behavior as it relates to the BCTF Code of Ethics. It explores clauses, the rationale, and the processes for enforcement of and for dealing with alleged violations of the code. It defines the role of the Judicial Council and the role of local officers in promoting ethical conduct. Scenarios are used to promote discussion and to apply the Code of Ethics to members’ behaviours and situations.
